DRIFTER
TERMS OF USE
Effective September 3, 2026 ยท Applies to the Drifter iPhone app, the Drifter web app, and the Drifter in-game app for Assetto Corsa.
Using Drifter
Drifter is a drift-scoring and community app. By creating an account or using the
apps you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.
Drive legally and safely
- Drifter is for closed courses, tracks, and private property
with permission. Never drift on public roads.
- Never interact with the app while driving. Start before you drive; review after.
- You are responsible for obeying all laws where you drive. Drifter records what
happened โ it does not make dangerous driving acceptable.
Your content
- You own what you post. By posting you give us permission to show it in the feed,
on leaderboards, and on profiles as the app is designed to do.
- No objectionable content: no harassment, hate, sexual content, spam, or posts
celebrating street racing or endangering the public.
- Handles, display names, and bios stay clean โ no swearing or sexual names.
Captions may swear. Keep it cars and the paddock.
- You can report any post or venue. We review reports and remove content or
accounts that break these rules, and venues reported by multiple drivers are hidden
automatically.
Fair play
Leaderboards are for real runs. Spoofed GPS, tampered telemetry, or manipulated sim
submissions can lead to removed scores or a banned account.
Your account
Sign-in is through Apple, Google, or Discord. You're responsible for activity on
your account. You can stop using Drifter at any time, and you can ask us to delete
your account and data (see the privacy policy).
Disclaimer
Drifter is provided as-is. Scores and telemetry are estimates from your device's
sensors and are not guaranteed accurate. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are
not liable for damages arising from your driving or your use of the apps.
Changes
If these terms change, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
